EDU-JORDAN interviews the applicants for the QRTA scholarship

Amman, As part of the ‘Selection Day’, EDU-SYRIA/EDU-JORDAN programme – funded by the European Union, conducted on Wednesday, July 28 of this year a set of tasks and interviews for the Teacher Education Professional Diploma applicants. The beneficiaries were Jordanian beneficiaries of charitable support institutions in the National Aid Fund, Al-Zakat Fund, Al-Aman Fund, and Tkiyet Um Ali, as 198 applications were submitted for the scholarship from the disciplines covered: Arabic, English, science, mathematics, and Early Grades.

Within the selection day, the applicants, those who meet the conditions of the grant, are subject to several written, group, and other individual tasks, all of which include checking the teacher’s ability to communicate, accept ideas and learn with others. Tasks are assessed against a set of criteria for overall results.

The second phase of interviews and assignments will be conducted for another group of scholarship applicants.
